WHAT IS TIRE TRAINED?

Tire Trained is a hybrid fitness studio with both on-site and virtual options for your fitness regimen.  Tire Trained is not just a workout, it is an EXPERIENCE and an opportunity to elevate your life!


ON-SITE:

CLASSES -> At the Tire Trained studios we offer hybrid HIIT classes in the class studio (Studio #300) .  Classes include functional fitness, foundational strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and core stability movements.  Our class workouts include any and all of the above!  

PERSONAL TRAINING -> Personal training is offered with a one-on-one option or small group (2-4 people) option.  Through personal training participants can elevate their fitness level by adding heavy strength training to their HIIT training regimen.  The goal of personal training is to teach you how to lift heavy weights and gain confidence in the gym.  Eventually, personal training clients will graduate to doing STRENGTH on their own (see below).


VIRTUAL:

ONLINE CLASSES -> You can add Tire Trained HIIT classes to your regimen even from a distance!  With a Tire Trained Online Classes subscription you get access to a growing library of full-length follow-along Tire Trained classes to do on demand.

STRENGTH -> Tire Trained STRENGTH allows you to elevate your fitness level through adding heavy strength training.  STRENGTH is a subscription-based service that offers you a 4-day heavy strength training program each week.  This option is perfect for those who are comfortable lifting weights on their own and do not need the guidance of personal training.

PHASE #1 - Classes ONLY

PHASE #1 - Classes ONLY

 Phase #1 is for those who are beginners at Tire Trained and are looking to build foundational strength and get in shape.  Tire Trained classes include a hybrid style of training that includes functional exercises, foundational strength training, cardio, & core.  Doing only classes in Phase #1 will help participants get stronger, build endurance, and prepare for adding heavy strength in Phase #2.

Phase #1.5 - Nutrition

PHASE #2 - Classes + STRENGTH

PHASE #1 - Classes ONLY

Phase #1.5 is the addition of an intentional nutrition plan to your regimen.


At Tire Trained we advocate for a macro-based nutrition approach.  We believe this to be the best and most flexible approach for every body and every lifestyle.  Macro-based nutrition will help you alter your body composition and transform your body to achieve those body goals you have always dreamed of!

Phase #2 is appropriate for those who have built foundational strength and endurance in Phase #1 and are ready for MORE!


Phase #2 will include both Tire Trained classes AND the Tire Trained STRENGTH program or personal training.  Participants will combine both heavy strength training and HIIT training classes for maximum transformation!
