Do you have questions about Tire Trained? More than likely, someone else has had the same question! Before you reach out to us directly, please look below to see if you can find an answer to your question.
We do allow kids to participate in Tire Trained workouts (with a guardian). There is not an age limit, however, the individual needs to take the workout seriously and put effort into their participation. If they do not, they will be asked to sit out. We take this very seriously and we expect ALL participants to take it seriously as well. You will need to sign a waiver for any minor that you enroll in a Tire Trained class before they are able to participate.
You MAY NOT bring children to sit aside during your workout. Children are not allowed in the studio unless they are booked for a workout. Additionally, children are not allowed to play in the parking lot. This is a major liability for the business and can result in life-threatening injury for your child as cars come in and out of the parking lot.
We do not offer childcare at this time. We absolutely do not allow children to sit and wait for their parents while they workout. It is a major liability to allow that and we simply do not have the space for everyone to bring their children to sit and wait, no matter how well behaved they are.
With the Basic Monthly Membership you get access to unlimited sessions - Move It Monday, Hybrid {PUSH}, Glute Camp, Hybrid {PULL}, Full Body Friday, Saturday Standard, and Butts & Guts. You can come to as many sessions as you'd like. You can even come to more than one session a day if you choose.
To sign up for a membership you will visit our booking site, Vagaro, and click on "Memberships & Packages". After you purchase your membership, you will then go into "Classes" and book your sessions. Your membership will be applied in the cart/checkout process.
Yes. Every participant, member or non-member, needs to book their individual sessions ahead of time. Our workouts are in high demand and we have a capacity limit in our facility. To ensure we maintain organization of the workout structure, everyone needs to book their sessions ahead of time.
When you purchase a Tire Trained membership, it will renew each month on the date that you originally purchased the membership. For example, if you purchased the membership on March 20, it will renew every month on the 20th.
We do not cancel, suspend, pause, freeze, or provide refunds for any memberships or packages at Tire Trained under any circumstance. You can, however, request to have the auto-renewal turned off for your membership or package.
NOTE: If you purchased a long-term membership, it will be auto-renewed on a monthly basis when the long-term membership period expires. A long-term membership comes with the risk of the occurrence of an unforseen extended absence (e.g. injury, vacation, etc.). The same policies apply to long-term membership terms - we do not cancel, suspend, pause, freeze, or provide refunds for any memberships or packages at Tire Trained under any circumstance.
If you need to turn off the auto-renewal on your Tire Trained membership and/or package, YOU NEED TO CONTACT US DIRECTLY. There is no option for you to do this within your account nor can you contact Vagaro to do so. Please either email us at info@tiretrained.com or reach out via Facebook messenger at the Tire Trained Facebook business page with your request.
You MUST reach out with your cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to your membership renewal date to avoid unwanted renewal of your membership/package. These requests are only processed on business days (Monday-Friday).
Tire Trained workouts take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete including warmup and cool down. Cool down is optional but HIGHLY recommended to contribute to a thorough and safe regimen.
Our workouts are in high demand and some session times fill up very quickly. This does not mean you cannot get in for a workout. If a session time is full, you will see an 'ADD TO WAITLIST' option. Please use the waiting list feature! We offer a "first in line" waitlist feature to streamline session signup when a session time is full. People cancel workouts everyday for one reason or another. When an individual cancels their workout, it opens up a spot at that session time. When a spot opens up, the first person on the waiting list gets notified of the opening and gets a chance to sign up for that class. The person on the waiting list is allotted 5 minutes to sign up for the spot before the notification moves on to the next person on the waiting list. Please keep in mind that the app will also show "1 spot left" so, because of this, it is entirely possible for someone to grab the spot on the booking app before the person in line on the waiting list. Workouts are in high demand and it is important for members to familiarize themselves with the process.
Booking is allowed 5 days in advance. For example, if today is March 13 I can book as far out as March 17. The next available day (March 18 per the example) for booking will show up at midnight on the next new day (March 14 per the example). This allows for equal opportunity in booking and eliminates place holding of spots for an extended period on our schedule. If you cannot get a workout scheduled right now, I advise you to get on the waiting lists and then start scheduling 5 days out.
