We have an outstanding team dedicated to the culture of Tire Trained and to the Tire Trained community. Take a minute to familiarize yourself with each of our team members. Our goal at Tire Trained is to create continuity between all classes and all coaches. I hope you get the chance to experience your workout with each of our coaches as they all bring their own unique touch to the Tire Trained community.
My name is Amanda Campbell and I am the owner & head trainer at Tire Trained. I have a daughter, Bayli, who is almost 11 years old and going into 6th grade. She is my biggest motivation in this life and I work as hard as I do for her. You will likely see her around Tire Trained when you attend a class. You may even workout next to her sometime - she loves to participate in class.
In 2015 I went through a physique transformation of my own and it changed my life. Not only my physical health improved but my mental and emotional state improved as well. I had a such a strong desire to share my love for fitness with others so, long story short, I started Tire Trained in May 2018.
I have LOVED watching the transformations occur in the Tire Trained space. So many people have come through and shared their testimonials of growth - physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is truly a dream come true for me to do this work everyday. I really believe it is my life’s work.
My favorite workout at Tire Trained is Glute Camp. Gotta have that signature "Tire Trained booty"!
My goal as your coach & trainer is to welcome you with a “come as you are” approach, educate you about proper form for exercises, motivate you to push yourself during your workout, inspire you to reach your goals, and to push you to grow as a whole person. I can’t wait to meet you at class and assist you along your fitness journey!
My name is Alexis Harrison. I am one of the coaches at the amazing Tire Trained. I am recently engaged to my fiance Devin. We live together with our five fur babies that we love so much!
I did gymnastics as a child which set me up to be a diver in high school. Once I got to college I realized if I wanted to stay in shape I’d have to get a gym membership and keep myself accountable. I started getting busy with work and school and found myself less motivated to go to the gym on my own. One day I was looking at Instagram and I saw videos of my friend at Tire Trained and instantly thought “I want to try that!” After creeping on the Tire Trained page for a few months I finally got the courage to come to my first class. After that, I was hooked! I loved everything about it: the atmosphere, the creative workouts, and the positive energy that radiated through the whole building. It truly is a place where you can come as you are and feel like you are part of something absolutely amazing.
If I had to choose, I would say Butts and Guts is my favorite class. Having a strong core is important in everything you do. There are so many different exercises that can be done to hit the different areas of the abdominals. I love working on the booty as well. There’s many fun ways to strengthen our glutes as well.
I’m excited to continue my journey as a Tire Trained member and coach. This is definitely my second home and I can’t wait for it to become yours too!
Hi! My name is Cynthia Johnson-Stier, I am one of the Fitness Coaches here at Tire Trained! I have two amazing children, Austin (17) and Alliyah (15). They are my whole world and the reason I strive to be the best Role Model I can be. My kids have also been my biggest supporters during my lifestyle change over this past year.
My journey with Tire Trained started due to my own health related issues. I had gained a lot of weight and started having high blood pressure that required me to have an EKG, bi-weekly check-ins with my doctors, and deciding what steps I wanted to take next. That’s when I remembered Amanda and the love I had for what she had created in her back yard. Since joining Tire Trained I have significantly improved my health, not only physically but mentally as well! I will forever be grateful for what this organization has done for me and I cannot wait to share that same passion with you!
Butts and Guts is one of my favorite classes! You will regularly see me doubling up on this class as often as I possibly can. Working your core is such a vital part of work outs and the main area that everyone feels they need to improve on. Of course, I love every class that Tire Trained has to offer and I personally feel that you cannot just pick one class to focus on. Every class is vital for a full transformation!
My hope in coaching is that my drive and passion will rub off onto each and every one of you. I will continue to work out beside you and we all will continue this journey together! I cannot wait to have YOU in one of my classes!
Hello! My name is Shawna Meyer and I am one of the coaches here at Tire Trained. I am married to my husband Chad. I have a step-daughter, Haley and a son Camrin. I also have a grand baby named Isaiah, he is the sweetest little dude in the world!! I have two dogs, Bosco and Harley. I am a nurse full time on labor and delivery and I love every minute of it!
I have struggled with my weight for about 20 years now, all after a health scare I had at the age of 20. I had a seizure, was put on medication to stop the seizures and gained a lot of weight. From then on I have struggled to take the weight off and keep it off. When I heard of Tire Trained, I knew I had to come check it out. I kept hearing things like, "come as you are" and "everyone is welcome". I was hooked from my very first class. All the coaches were absolutely amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and safe. As time went on I became stronger. I joined the Tire Trained challenges. I was learning all about Macros and how to properly eat and still be able to enjoy food. I won the Tire Trained challenge in June, 2021. I was so excited to say the least. I could not have done it on my own. I personally thank Tire Trained, the coaches, and all the members for being such amazing cheerleaders for those around them.
My personal favorite class is Hybrid Pull! Back and Biceps all day long! My ultimate goal is to do a pull up unassisted! I feel so strong when I leave a Pull day!!
I am so excited to be a part of this team. My journey is not over. But that is the beauty of this, fitness and health are ongoing. This is a lifestyle now. I look forward to moving and working right along with you all! Thank you for accepting me as one of your Tire Trained coaches!!
