Personal Training at Tire Trained is one-on-one training at Tire Trained Studio #100. It will be you and a personal trainer working on your physique goals at your fitness level. Your regimen will be customized to your goals. All personal training clients will work toward learning and implementing a progressive overload strength training program in addition to any additional cardio/conditioning that may suit individual needs and goals.
We offer an option for Group Personal Training. This is for groups of 2-4 people who want to do personal training and work on goals together. Before we move forward with a group personal training program, we must ensure that a schedule will work for all parties involved for the duration of the session. Individuals cannot make up a session outside of the group. Pricing will be split between the parties that enroll in group training (e.g. if two people sign up the pricing will be split two ways, if three people sign up the pricing will be split three ways, etc.)
Personal Training is currently offered with a 3 day/week program or a 4 day/week program.
Your training days will be Monday-Thursday at a time that is pre-selected between you and your trainer at your in-person consultation.
You must fill out the application below before we schedule an in-person consultation.
Individual (4 days/week):

4 Day/week sessions will consist of:
1) FULL BODY {shoulders + legs + abdominals}
2) PUSH {chest + triceps}
3) LOWER {glutes + hamstrings}
4) PULL {back + biceps}
3 Day/week sessions will consist of:
1) PUSH {chest + triceps + quadriceps
2) LOWER (glutes + hamstrings)
3) PULL {back + biceps)
Other cardio/conditioning will be customized based on personal goals.
Personal Training clients are carefully selected through an application process. We want to be sure everyone is maximizing the value of the service so we are looking for clients who are COMMITTED! If you need to cancel a session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance by messaging the Tire Trained Facebook page or emailing us at info@tiretrained.com. The time stamp on the message must be at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time. If you do this, we will allow you to reschedule it for another time in that same week. Our weeks run Monday-Saturday. It MUST be rescheduled within the same week or your forfeit one of your sessions for the week. We are on a 3 or 4 session/week schedule and that is the expectation.
No shows are not acceptable under any circumstance. If you do not show up for your session, you sacrifice that session. We will not make it up.
This policy will be discussed in depth and confirmed to be fully understood by the client before agreeing to begin a personal training session.
Maintenance options are available for clients who have completed at least 12 WEEKS of personal training AND your trainer approves you to move on to a maintenance option.
