The BODY by Tire Trained challenge series provides you with ACCOUNTABILITY! It is also a fantastic nutrition companion to your fitness regimen at Tire Trained. If you are serious about your physique transformation you NEED to be adhering to a nutrition regimen that supports your physique goals. Working out is great! It simply is not enough to achieve optimal physique goals.
Each BODY by Tire Trained challenge is eight weeks long. If you are going to commit to one 8-week challenge period, we recommend committing to more than one to fully achieve your lifestyle change and tackle your goals. Each 8-week period is your opportunity to focus on 1-2 areas of lifestyle change. For example, the first challenge period may be your time to commit to a regular fitness regimen if you have been sedentary for quite some time. The second challenge will be your time to familiarize yourself with a macro-based diet. The third challenge may be focused on consistently hitting your protein goal. Each participant will have different goals and each participant will have a different path to achieve their lifestyle change. The idea is to STACK each 8-week period on top of one another for long-term, sustainable change.
BODY by Tire Trained participants will learn and follow a macro-based diet. This is actually no diet at all, it is a nutritional approach based on your individual goal to achieve body recomposition. The beautiful thing about a macro-based dieting approach is that you can eat according to your goals, lifestyle, schedule, and preferences. For example, if you have special food requirements (e.g. gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.) this will work for you!
Upon committing to BODY by Tire Trained you will choose a goal. Your goal choices will be fat loss or muscle gain. Participants must choose one or the other and cannot do both. Fat loss requires a caloric deficit and muscle gain requires a caloric surplus. Participants will choose a goal after purchasing challenge enrollment and receiving their initial challenge materials.
The BODY by Tire Trained challenge series comes with a tracking spreadsheet that will have 1) your custom macros, 2) a weekly step goal, 3) a weekly water goal, 4) a weekly workout target, and 5) measurement tracking. This is a fantastic accountability piece to remind you of what you are working toward!
